Good for managing our team

We just signed up for the Employee Experience Platform to help manage our hybrid team. It's pretty straightforward. The 1:1 Meeting Tool is decent, and setting up goal tracking felt pretty natural. So far, so good. It just works.

Consistent and reliable platform

This was my third time using Workleap for our team's engagement surveys, specifically Officevibe. Each time, the setup was smooth and the insights were actionable. Delivery of the reports was always on schedule. I noticed the interface had a few small updates since our last use, which was nice, though it took a moment to refamiliarize myself with some sections. It's why we keep coming back.

Liked ShareGate, support was quick

I needed to migrate some data with ShareGate and had a question about licensing, so I used their chat support. They responded really fast, like within a few minutes, and helped me sort it out. The migration itself went smoothly after that. The pricing felt fair for what we got, though I do think their general pricing could be a bit clearer upfront for all the different packages. Overall, a solid experience and good value.

Smooth onboarding, great support

We implemented Workleap's Onboarding Software for our new hires last month. The initial demo was really informative, and the sales team helped tailor a plan for our small business. Setting it up was straightforward, and even though we hit a small snag with integrating it with our existing HR system, their support team was quick to respond and walked us through the fix. The new hires seem to like the automated workflows, and it's definitely saved us some time. My only minor complaint is that some of the customization options for forms could be more flexible.

Decent tools, onboarding was slow

I recently tried out Workleap's Performance Management features and the Onboarding Software. The tools themselves are quite robust; I liked the detail in the performance reviews and the structured approach to new hires. However, getting everything configured and understanding all the modules took longer than I expected. The setup process for our specific needs felt a bit clunky, and I had to reach out to support a couple of times to clarify things. Once it's all set up, it's good, but plan for some initial time investment.

Easy to use for feedback

We got Workleap's 1:1 Meeting Tool and it's been good. It's much easier to keep track of our conversations with the team now. The interface is clean and doesn't feel clunky, which I appreciate. Sometimes it's a bit slow to load, but it works well most of the time. Overall, a solid experience for managing our hybrid setup.

Good value, minor onboarding hiccup

I purchased the Employee Experience Platform to help with our team's engagement and 1:1 meetings. Overall, it's a solid product and the value for money seems good, especially with the annual billing discount we got. The onboarding software was pretty straightforward, but I did find the initial setup for skills mapping a bit less intuitive than I expected. Customer service was responsive when I reached out, though, and helped clarify things. Delivery was all digital, so no issues there.

Good value with annual plan

I was looking for an employee engagement platform and Workleap caught my eye. The 20% off for the annual plan made a big difference for our budget. I signed up for Officevibe and it's been pretty helpful so far for our team. The setup was a little more involved than I expected, but it was worth it for the savings.

What's the best way to get a discount? Are there any hidden promo codes floating around for Workleap?

S Sam N. 3 weeks ago
Honestly, promo codes are super rare. Your best bet is usually the annual billing discount, which is like 15-20% off. Or if you're enterprise, you talk to sales directly.

B Brittany Diaz 3 weeks ago
I tried looking for codes when we signed up and didn't find any. We just went with the annual plan for the savings. If you're a non-profit or startup, they might have specific programs too, worth asking.

Anyone know if they do free trials? Wanna test it out before committing, obviously.

B Brittany D. 3 weeks ago
Yep, they do a 14-day free trial. Used it myself to check out Officevibe.

H Hannah Campbell 3 weeks ago
For sure, there's a free trial. You can usually find the button right on their homepage to sign up for it.

How does Workleap compare to Lattice? I'm trying to decide between the two for performance reviews and engagement surveys.

S Susan S. 2 weeks ago
I've used both. Workleap (Officevibe specifically) is really good for engagement and pulse surveys. Lattice felt a bit more robust for the full-on performance management side, especially 1:1s and goal setting. Depends on your main focus.

J Jeff L. 2 weeks ago
Lattice is often seen as a bit more comprehensive for performance, but Workleap definitely shines with the employee experience and feedback loops. I think Workleap's interface is a bit more user-friendly for employees too, if that matters.

Thinking about getting Officevibe for my team, but heard it's part of Workleap now? What's the deal, do you just get Officevibe or a whole bunch of other stuff too?

D Danielle 1 month ago
Yeah, it's all under the Workleap umbrella now. If you get Officevibe, that's what you're getting. They have other separate tools too, but you wouldn't automatically get them all.

S Sean Davis 1 month ago
When I signed up for Officevibe, it was just that. They market it as a specific part of their platform for engagement. You'd probably have to add on other things like ShareGate or Pingboard separately.

Thinking about Workleap for our small team, but not sure if it'll be too much. We're like 20 people. Anyone use it for a similar size and find it worth it?

S Sean J. 2 weeks ago
Yeah, we're about 25 and it's been pretty solid for engagement stuff. Don't feel like we're drowning in features or anything.

J Joseph B. 2 weeks ago
It scales pretty well, I think. We started smaller and it was fine, then grew and it kept up without feeling clunky. You can just use the bits you need.

Does Workleap have a free trial? Don't want to commit without testing it out first.

J Jennifer 1 month ago
Yes, they do! I got a 14-day trial when I signed up.

They definitely offer a trial, pretty sure it was 14 days for me too. Good way to see if it fits.

Any way to get a discount besides the annual billing thing? Like a promo code or something?

D David Torres 1 month ago
Not really, public promo codes are super rare for Workleap. Your best bet is the annual discount.
0
G Grace H. 1 month ago
They don't do a lot of coupon codes, sadly. The annual plan is where most of the savings are at, or if you're an enterprise size they might do a custom quote.

I'm looking at Workleap but also checking out Lattice. Anyone have experience with both and can tell me which one is better for hybrid teams trying to track OKRs and performance?

S Stephanie Lewis 1 month ago
I've only used Workleap, but it's been good for our hybrid setup. The 1:1s and goal setting work well even with people in different time zones.

M Michael Parker 1 month ago
Lattice is pretty strong on the performance side, but Workleap felt a bit more integrated for overall employee experience, especially with the pulse surveys. Depends if you prioritize performance strictly or a more rounded engagement tool.
